“As part of my conflict of Interest management program with Providence, I disclose all of my potential COI in my second slide – every time I speak. Typically I disclose anything within a 3 to 5 year time frame. In response to this form I limited the companies to the last 12 months. UbiVac is a biotech spun-out of Providence. I am a Founder and the uncompensated (no salary) CEO of UbiVac. I am a 0.9FTE of Providence. UbiVac is manufacturing the COVID-19 vaccine for the Providence sponsored Investigational New Drug application submitted to run the vaccine clinical trial. UbiVac is also manufacturing the vaccine for a multicenter breast cancer vaccine trial that is being sponsored by BMS and led by a Providence breast oncologist. I will talk about the COVID-19 vaccine trials as well as the Providence COVID-19 vaccine trial, cancer research, the monitoring of the immune response to cancer, monitoring trials and the clinical trials that are just starting.”
